Top 3 tips to ensure your time at our attractions is as enjoyable and fun as possible! 

• For standard tickets please go into the London Eye ticket office to the ‘Ticket Collection’ line to exchange your voucher for the next available time slot. For fast track go to the dedicated Fast track kiosk outside the London Eye ticket office to exchange your voucher for the next available time slot.
• Don’t forget to visit the 4D Cinema Experience inside the London eye ticket office. If you are in a large group it may be advisable to put them into the show while you are waiting for your tickets. 
• Please be aware that your voucher is exchanged for the next available time slot which may be the following day.   

Please note: all customers are required to present photo ID & credit card at the venue to collect tickets.

How Does It Work

You must print and bring your printed voucher with you on the day of the activity.

Suitable For Children

Guests 15 years and younger must be accompanied by guardian 18 years and older. Child age for tickets is 3-15 years and any children under this age range go free. 

Where Do I Go

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier. The pier entrance can be found to the left of The Coca-Cola London Eye.
